Project Manager - Immediate Opening

 Position:  This position is responsible for managing large projects, national projects and multiple trade management, finding new business, maintaining the good relationship of existing accounts and promoting the company wherever possible.  As a project manager it is critical to have detailed organizational skills and good communication skills.

Skills Required:

Organizational and related responsibilities include:

• Understanding the project goals and needs
• Knowing all trades and persons involved and their responsibilities
• Development of a budget format where costs and progress of the project can be tracked
• Development of a project schedule that includes all tasks and aspects of the project
• Must have an understanding of space planning and furniture procurement requirements
• Must have an understanding of furniture and equipment delivery and installation
• Must have experience with both system and set in place furniture

Communication skills required are:

• Maintain good relationship with customer and project team
• Develop project-meeting notes and distribute to the team. These notes must be accurate, detailed and show action item responsibility.
• Must keep the customer well informed at all times around project status, progress, issues, change orders, schedule and punch lists

Technical Skills Must know

• AutoCAD
• Excel / Word
• Powerpoint is a plus

Must have over 5 years' experience and degree preferred. Travel may be involved. We are a well-established company with excellent benefits and competitive compensation.
