Installation Manager
As the Installation Manager at Color Art, you will have an enormous impact on our client experience and be involved in all aspects of our day-to-day services and operations. You will be the face of Color Art to our clients, a resource to our Sales Team and a coach, mentor and leader to our Installation and Move team. Pro-active and professional client communication, high attention to detail and meticulous follow-up will ensure your success in this client-facing role. This is a highly visible position that greatly impacts both internal and external customers.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
- Lead a team of both tenured and novice installers and movers - holding them to high performance standards and ensuring exceptional results
- Model and maintain a client experience that creates raving fans among our clients
- Take ownership of how your role impacts the safety, quality and profitability of the Division and the Company
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Using Hedberg to schedule the appropriate crew ensuring all projects are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure Hedberg schedule is always up-to-date including: team lead kick-offs, company events, PTO, etc.
- Attending walk-thrus of jobsites for the purpose of generating quotes for installations, moves/adds/changes, decommissions and other work as needed
- Using MS Excel or other software to create detailed projects estimates for labor, drive time, per diem, equipment, etc.
- Creating, tracking and reporting deals and tickets in HubSpot
- Ensuring all orders are regularly verified and updated in Hedberg and HubSpot to allow quick invoicing
- Processing vendor invoices and COIs
- Verify daily time reporting and approving payroll and PTO requests in ADP
- Using MS Excel, OneDrive, etc. to create and/or verify all project information is updated per daily schedule
- Maintain established inventory tools, equipment, supplies, stock parts, etc.
- Work closely with Scheduler, Sales Team and Project Managers
- Coordination with CCM, Manufacturers and Accounting on invoices, payments, contracts, COIs, timesheet reports, lien waivers, etc.
- Maintain relationships and coordinate labor, electrical and other subcontractors and vendors
- Recruit, onboard and train installation and move team. Includes 1/4;ly and annual performance reviews.
- Continually develop team by facilitating monthly installer training to cover produce, process and safety topics.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years experience in a professional office environment
- 3-5 years experience in a field / labor environment
- 3-5 years experience leadership or management experience
- Experience with Furniture, Installation, Maintenance, or other relevant industries (Preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Sheets
- Experience with Hedberg Data Systems and HubSpot (Preferred)
EDUCATION
- Post-Secondary Degree or Certificate or equivalent experience
